Holding hands…

Holding hands might just be one of my favorite things. It’s such a tiny gesture, but it says so many things about how we love. These are Patty’s parents’ hands, clasped tight as Patty & David said their wedding vows to one another…

Patty - this is so special. thank you for posting such a sweet picture of my parents :)

Patty & David… sneak peek

(St. Michael’s, Maryland Wedding)

You know you had a great time when you never want to stop. Ever. And that’s exactly what happened. I got completely wrapped up in Patty & David’s wedding at the Oaks. We laughed and oh my did we cry. There was even square dancing, which only Patty & David could make cool. An even after the guests had gone home… we were still out on the dock… grabbing the last glittery moments of their wedding day…

(And a special huuuge thank you to Kelley from Kelley Cannon Events. You gave us such beautiful details and made the day an absolute joy!)

Lem Lynch - Great job capturing an intimate moment! Looking forward to seeing the whole thing!

Whitney & John… sneak peek

(Austin Intercontinental Wedding)

It’s always hard to choose photos for a sneak peek. With Whitney & John it was epically difficult. I am in loooove with their photos. How to choose? In the end, it was these moments… just after Whitney walked down the aisle to meet him. John was like a little kid on Christmas morning. And Whitney… was a vision. All elegance and poise and breathtaking beauty. No wonder John wore that huge smile…

Love is an act of courage…

I was invited somewhere very special last Friday. Helen & Regan wanted to be sure that Isabella had photos together with both of her parents as she grows up, so they got married. It was a joy to be in the company of everyone there… Actually, it was more than that. It was an honor. Every person at Helen & Regan’s wedding is a hero to me. They all know that the most courageous thing you can do… is fall in love.
